eMBA & MM Overview

AGSM @ Lansbridge designed its online dual degree program for today's busy managers who are trying to fit an MBA into their active careers. The Executive MBA (eMBA) and Master of Management (MM) dual degree program offer professionals the flexibility to learn when and where it's most convenient for them. Our goal is to give you the knowledge and skills you need to succeed through the convenience of distance education - but with the quality you deserve.

The program is designed for mid-career professionals and career enhancers with at least five years of experience including at least two years at the leadership level. The eMBA & MM dual degree program features:

• Two graduate business degrees in the time it usually takes to earn one.
• Twelve courses (48 credits) including an eight-credit Integration Seminar, which completes the program.
• Program focus areas that allow you choose up to two elective courses to complement your professional interests.
• A part-time 7-week course format allows completion of the program in less than 2.5 years - with scheduled breaks.
• Real-time Virtual Classroom session with faculty and executive peers once a week -- makes distance education convenient without feeling remote.

eMBA & MM courses have clear start and end dates. However within these students are free to work on their own schedule and in any location of their choice. Students are assigned to a study group throughout the entire program. Group members work together to complete casework and assignments, thus benefiting from each others' business experience.

Breaks occur in the summer and December which allow students to schedule important work and family events throughout the program. Each course will require approximately 20 hours of work per week.

Early Advantage MBA degree

Overview

The online Early Advantage MBA program is designed for professionals who are just beginning their careers and seeking advanced education in business fundamentals. Students' experience tends to be at a professional, individual contributor or "analyst" level. Course materials focus on developing early career professionals' critical analysis and decision-making skills.

The MBA degree is awarded by Canada-based Lansbridge University, one of the world's first Internet-based universities and a leader in the rapidly growing world of online education.

The program is for early-career professionals with one or more years of work experience. The Early Advantage MBA program features:

• Ten core courses (60 credits). No electives.
• A 22-week course format allows student to study 1-3 courses at a time and thus complete the program within 2 to 4 years.
• Students interact through real-time Virtual Classroom sessions with faculty and fellow students four times during each course.

Each Early Advantage MBA course has defined start and end dates, but students choose when to work on their assignments, team projects and other course deliverables. Each course requires approximately 16 hours of work per week. There is a longer break in summer and in December.

The Early Advantage MBA Program is especially designed for Internet delivery and frequent interaction. Each course includes Web-based instructional/ tutorial sections, Virtual Classroom sessions as well as online and offline testing.
